Throughout these Terms, “Vonsten Sweden”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the business operating www.vonsten.com.
2. Our Products
Vonsten Sweden offers jewelry featuring carefully selected natural stones.
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product photographs, descriptions, measurements and colours accurately represent our products.
However, because natural stones are unique, variations may occur in:
- Colour and tone
- Pattern and veining
- Transparency
- Natural inclusions
- Texture
- Shape and other natural characteristics
This means that the jewelry you receive may differ slightly from the photographs displayed on our website.
These natural variations are part of the individual character of genuine natural stone and are not, by themselves, considered defects.
Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your device and display settings.
3. Orders
When you place an order through www.vonsten.com, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.
Please review your order confirmation carefully.
If you notice an incorrect delivery address or another error, contact us as soon as possible at info@vonsten.com.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment problems, product unavailability, obvious pricing errors or incorrect customer information.
If we cancel an order after payment has already been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.
4. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Adding a product to your shopping cart does not reserve that product.
In the unlikely event that a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and provide an appropriate solution, including a refund where applicable.
5. Prices & VAT
Product prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website.
Applicable VAT is included in the displayed price where required.
Shipping is free to Sweden and all EU countries.
Any shipping information shown at checkout applies to your order before you complete your purchase.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already concluded at the agreed price.
If an obvious pricing or technical error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it and contact you regarding an affected order where necessary.
6. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Where applicable, those providers may have their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Order Processing
We aim to prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 0–2 business days.
Orders placed during weekends, public holidays or unusually busy periods may require additional processing time.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Vonsten Sweden currently ships to:
Sweden and selected EU countries.
At this time, we currently ship only to the destinations available at checkout.
All orders are dispatched from Sweden, Stockholm.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are approximately:
Sweden: 1–3 business days
EU countries: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to carriers, weather conditions, public holidays, high-volume periods or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Tracking
Tracking is provided when you choose a tracked delivery option at checkout. Standard Delivery may be offered without tracking where available.
For tracked shipments, you will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking information may take some time to become active after the package has been handed over to the carrier.
Customers will also be able to use the Track Your Order section of our website when available.
10. Order Changes & Cancellations
Because orders are processed quickly, please contact us at info@vonsten.com as soon as possible if you would like to change or cancel an order.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we may no longer be able to cancel or modify the shipment.
Your statutory right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase after receiving it remains unaffected.
11. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
Consumers purchasing online have rights under applicable Swedish and EU consumer legislation.
Vonsten Sweden provides a 14-day withdrawal and return period in accordance with applicable consumer law.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the applicable 14-day period.

For standard returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product to Vonsten Sweden unless otherwise required by law.
Returned jewelry should be handled carefully and returned with its original packaging and included materials where possible.
You may examine a product as reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and function. If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary and its value has decreased as a result, we may be entitled to make a deduction from the refund to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory statutory consumer rights.
12. Exchanges
If you would prefer another eligible product, contact us at info@vonsten.com with your order number.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
For standard exchanges, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the original item to Vonsten Sweden.
Where an exchange is approved under our exchange policy, Vonsten Sweden covers the shipping cost of sending the replacement item back to you.
If the replacement product has a different price, we will inform you of any price difference before completing the exchange.
13. Refunds
Once an eligible return has been received and processed, the applicable refund will be issued using the original payment method, in accordance with applicable law.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
Refunds, including any applicable standard delivery costs, will be handled in accordance with Swedish and EU consumer law.

14. Damaged, Defective, Missing or Incorrect Orders
Every Vonsten Sweden order is carefully checked before dispatch.
If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item or something is missing, please contact us at info@vonsten.com within 3 days of delivery whenever possible.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging where relevant
The 3-day notification request allows us to investigate shipping and packing problems quickly. It does not restrict or replace any statutory rights you may have regarding defective products.
If a product is legally considered defective, the matter will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.
15. Natural Stone Variations
Every natural stone is unique.
Differences in colour, transparency, pattern, veining, texture and natural inclusions are normal characteristics of natural-stone jewelry.
No two Vonsten Sweden pieces containing natural stones will necessarily look exactly alike.
Natural variations alone are therefore not considered defects.
16. Jewelry Care
Vonsten Sweden jewelry should be treated with appropriate care.
To help preserve your jewelry, we recommend avoiding unnecessary exposure to harsh chemicals, household cleaning products, perfumes and other substances that may affect natural stones or jewelry components.
Store your jewelry carefully when it is not being worn.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse or damage caused by improper handling or storage is not automatically considered a manufacturing defect.
This does not affect your statutory rights where a product is defective.
17. Promotions & Discount Codes
Vonsten Sweden may occasionally offer promotional prices, discount codes, welcome offers or other promotions.
Individual promotions may have separate conditions, including expiration dates, eligible products and minimum purchase requirements.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be combined.
We reserve the right to modify or end promotions where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and orders already concluded.
18. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of www.vonsten.com, including the Vonsten Sweden name and branding, product photographs, graphics, designs, written content and other original material, belongs to Vonsten Sweden or is used with appropriate permission.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or commercially exploited without prior permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

You agree not to use www.vonsten.com for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.
You must not intentionally interfere with the operation or security of our website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to protected systems or information, introduce malicious software or otherwise misuse our website.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict mandatory rights available to consumers under Swedish or applicable EU law.
To the extent permitted by law, Vonsten Sweden is not responsible for losses caused solely by events outside our reasonable control.
