At Vonsten Sweden, every order is carefully prepared and dispatched from Stockholm, Sweden. We currently deliver throughout Sweden and the European Union.
All orders are sent with tracking, so you can follow your jewelry from Stockholm to your door.
SHIPPING
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. The available shipping options and price may vary depending on your delivery destination.
We currently ship to:
Sweden and all EU countries.
At the moment, we do not ship to the United States or destinations outside the EU countries.
PROCESSING TIME
We aim to prepare orders quickly.
Orders are normally processed and dispatched the same business day or within 1 business day after your order is placed.
Orders placed during weekends, public holidays or exceptionally busy periods may require additional processing time.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
As all Vonsten Sweden orders are dispatched from Stockholm, Sweden, estimated delivery times will depend on the destination and shipping service selected.
As a general guide:
Sweden: approximately 1–3 business days
EU countries: approximately 3–7 business days
These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, public holidays, weather conditions and other circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect delivery times.
The shipping option and applicable cost will be displayed at checkout.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Every Vonsten Sweden order is shipped with tracking.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking information by email. You will also be able to follow your shipment through our dedicated Track Your Order page.
Please allow some time after receiving your shipping confirmation for the carrier’s tracking system to update.
TAXES & ADDITIONAL FEES
The price shown at checkout includes applicable taxes and charges collected by Vonsten Sweden for your order.
There are no unexpected additional charges from Vonsten Sweden after checkout.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.
Please review your order details and delivery address carefully.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Because orders are prepared quickly, sometimes on the same business day, please contact us immediately if you need to request a change or cancellation.
We will always do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once it has entered processing or has been dispatched.

RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your Vonsten Sweden jewelry.
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned products must be in their original, unused and undamaged condition, with their original packaging and any included accessories or materials.
To start a return, contact us at info@vonsten.com before sending the product back. We will provide you with the appropriate return instructions.
Please do not send products back without first contacting us.
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Every order is carefully checked before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect or missing item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so that we can investigate the issue as quickly as possible.

- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging

This 3-day notification request does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply.
LATE OR MISSING ORDERS
If your shipment appears delayed, first check your tracking information for the latest carrier update.
Occasional delays can occur after an order has left our facility and may be outside our direct control.
For deliveries within Sweden, please contact us if your tracked order has not arrived within 7 business days after dispatch.
For deliveries elsewhere in the EU, please contact us if your tracked order has not arrived within 13 business days after dispatch.
We will help you review the tracking information and, where appropriate, investigate the shipment with the delivery provider.
If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check the delivery location, mailbox, household members or neighbours before contacting us.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address during checkout.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact info@vonsten.com immediately.
If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update the address. Once a shipment has been handed over to the carrier, we may no longer be able to change its destination.
NATURAL STONE JEWELRY
Vonsten Sweden jewelry features natural stones. Variations in colour, transparency, pattern and natural inclusions are part of the individual character of each stone.
These natural variations mean that your piece may differ slightly from the photographs shown on our website and are not, by themselves, considered defects.
